Terms & Conditions

• Fee Paid can only be refunded within the first month beginning from the date of admission [only in full course of judiciary] except the condition of stated, there will be no refund of the fees paid, on any other ground.
• Due to any exigency, timing of the classes and the faculty can be changed as the discretion.
• All the Disputes are subject to the juridiction of chandigarh court.
• in case of failure to pay installment as agreed upon the admission shall stand cancelled with immediate effect, There shall be no return of any payment if previously made.
• The fees paid for one course will not be adjustable in other courses.
